Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Period

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation are included
  • The product has not been used or damaged
  • You provide proof of purchase

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with a return authorization number (RMA)
  4. Package the product securely with all original items
  5. Ship the package to our returns center

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • We sent the wrong product
  • The product does not match the description

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within:

  • 3-5 business days for credit/debit card payments
  • 5-10 business days for bank transfers
  • 1-2 billing cycles for PayPal payments

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different models, colors, or storage capacities. Exchange requests must be made within the 30-day return period and follow the same return process.

If the exchange item is of higher value, you'll be charged the difference. If lower value, you'll receive a credit for the difference.

6. Warranty Returns

Products under our 1-year warranty can be returned for repair or replacement if they develop defects not caused by misuse or normal wear. Warranty claims are processed separately from standard returns.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Digital products or software
  • Items returned after the 30-day period
